Trademark search prices and conditions

Service fees, regulations for using the ZNAKI.RU Trademark search system and terms of payment for performing searches in the trademarks and applications database.

Your personal account consists of the following components:

• Funds present on your account (in RUB),
• Credits to perform searches, with a period of validity.

Credits' period of validity is specified in your ACCOUNT page. Please note that the funds added to your account have no such period.

For the purpose of minimizing your expences while performing searches, Trademark search system attempts to deduct credits present on your account first.

If you have enough active credits on your account, they will be deducted as soon as you've successfully finished the search. The amount of deduction is calculated as follows:

If you conduct a search for a Designation in respect of word element, you will be charged in compliance with your search method of choice and the number of International Classification of Goods and Services classes:

• If you conduct a search "IDENTITY search", the cost of one search on 5 classes will be 1 credit(s).
• If you conduct a search "SIMILARITY AND IDENTITY search", the cost of one search on 5 classes will be 1 credit(s).

For each additional class you will be charged 0 credits.

If you conduct a search "Search on application or certificate number" (irrespective of the number of classes), the cost of one search will be 1 credits.

If you conduct a search "Search for applications or certificates on owner" the cost of one search will be 1 credits.

If you conduct a search "Search for trademarks on licensee and/or licensor" the cost of one search will be 1 credits.

If the amount of credits is insufficient or they have expired, the Tradeark search system will deduct the the cash balance of your account.

If you conduct a search for a Designation in respect of word element, you will be charged in compliance with your search method of choice and the number of International Classification of Goods and Services classes:

• If you conduct a search "IDENTITY search", the cost of one search on 5 classes will be 100 RUB.
• If you conduct a search "SIMILARITY AND IDENTITY search", the cost of one search on 5 classes will be 500 RUB.

For each additional class you will be charged 50 RUB.

If you conduct a search "Search on application or certificate number" (irrespective of the number of classes), the cost of one search will be 50 RUB.

If you conduct a search "Search for applications or certificates on owner" the cost of one search will be 250 RUB.

If you conduct a search "Search for trademarks on licensee and/or licensor" the cost of one search will be 250 RUB.

For a search being conducted a special discount can be defined.
This discount is set up automatically and depends on the amount of one-time payment received to top up your cash balance.
The higher the one-time payment amount is, the higher discount will be set up for your searches within this amount.
If you refilled your personal account twice with different amounts corresponding to different discounts, then higher discount will be applied first.

• When one-time payment is less than 2,300 RUB, no discount is set up.


• When one-time payment is between 2,300 RUB and 4,499 RUB a discount of 8% is set up.


• When one-time payment is between 4,500 RUB and 8,499 RUB a discount of 10% is set up.


• When one-time payment is between 8,500 RUB and 19,999 RUB a discount of 15% is set up.


• When one-time payment is between 20,000 RUB and 37,499 RUB a discount of 20% is set up.


• When one-time payment is higher than 37,500 RUB a discount of 25% is set up.

If the amount of credits is unsufficient for performing a search or they have expired, and the cash balance of your account is also insufficient, your search will not be performed, and you will have to add cash or credits to your account to proceed.
