You will need to register in the system to perform a search in the ZNAKI.RU trademark search database. If you have already registered, you can proceed with your search right now.

Please use the registration form to specify the following:

  • Your username of choice,
  • Your e-mail address to send you instructions for setting your password,
  • If requested, please type the captcha symbols as shown on the picture in the respective field - this is to prevent any spam bots from registering.

You will receive an e-mail containing instructions for setting up your password; please follow the link in the letter to do so. Please note that setting you login and password is crucial for using ZNAKI.RU trademark search system! 

In case:

  • if you have deleted the letter with password change link accidentally,
  • if you lost it amongst the other more recent ones,
  • if you forgot your password,

USER ACCOUNT PAGE

You can manage your account via your ACCOUNT page.

  • Check and change your login details (e-mail and password),
  • Check your account cash balance,
  • Check your account credits balance,
  • Check the period of validity of your credits.

Also you can:

  • Refill your account with cash,
  • Buy discount packages of credits,
  • Use your coupons received through promotional campaigns.
 

ONLINE SEARCH

At the page ONLINE SEARCH perform online searches:

  • Type in the designation of interest (or any fragment of it) along with its transliteration if needed,
  • Restrict your search to International Classification of Goods and Services classes needed,
  • Choose the method of searching (for the identity and similarity, or for for just identity)
  • Apply specific selection criterias if needed, such as performing the search among the trademark applications or domain names.

You can only perform searches with available cash funds or prepaid credits on your account.

HOW TO FIND AND LOOK THROUGH YOUR PREVIOUS SEARCHES 

Please use this option in your ACCOUNT - 'Previous search reports, previous payments reports':
  • Monitor your search history,
  • Monitor your account cash and credits deduction history,
  • Download your previously saved search reports in PDF and DOC formats,
  • Combine your search reports, forming aggregated reports on different searches.
